We are proud to offer affordable housing in the Grier Heights community. These homes are for low and moderate income buyers wanting to live In the Grier Heights community. Our affordable housing is like no other. 

Non-profit developers Crossroads Corporation and Self-Help Community Development Corporation have joined forces to provide brand new urban single family homes.

A combination of progams offered through our partners at the North Carolina Housing Financing Agency (NCHFA), the Community Partner Loan Pool (CPLP) and House Charlotte help make our homes even more affordable.
