About Me

Katie is a full time – full service Charlotte Real Estate Broker who started her real estate career in 2001.  She is a respected professional with a reputation for being a hard worker for her clients with high ethical standards.  Katie has extensive experience in many facets of real estate.  She started her career as a new construction sales agent - learning the business from the ground up, literally.  She soon became the company’s top sales agent while also earning the highest client satisfaction rating.  Katie eventually became part of the management team as Department Head of Design, opening the company’s design center.

 

Katie later expanded her career into relocation and general residential real estate.  She understands that the buying and selling process can be challenging and complicated whether you are a first time home buyer or seasoned investor.  Her focus is to take the pressure off of her clients and guide them through each step of the process.  Katie gives her clients the benefits of an experienced Realtor with a designer’s eye; an advantage when preparing their home for market or helping buyer’s to see the potential of a property.   

 

Katie attended Lambuth University in Tennessee where she met her husband Dave, a graduate of neighboring Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and Buffalo, NY native.  They have a son, Tanner and two canine daughters Molly & Poppy.  Katie is a home chef with a close connection to the culinary world.  She has a passion for dog rescue as well as world travel and Formula 1 racing.
